Role Overview
Your job is to make our product easier to discover and evaluate for all.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, repurposing, and experimenting with content formats, and can confidently adapt their tone—from enterprise-grade clarity to startup-savvy storytelling—depending on the audience.
You’ll create content for a wide range of audiences, including:
1. Technical and product-focused teams: developers, IT teams, AI/tech-savvy users
2. Business and leadership roles: product leaders, operations teams, founders, marketing and engineering leadership
3. Small business owners and D2C audiences
The role has a 70–30 split:
* 70% focused on content creation, messaging, and strategy
* 30% on miscellaneous responsibilities such as managing small creative projects and cross-team coordination
Core Responsibilities (70%)
Content Creation & Messaging
* Own copywriting and content development across formats:
* Blogs, social media, email campaigns
* Website and conscend page content
* Video scripts (short-form and long-form)
* Take one strong content idea and spin it into 5+ variations across platforms and formats.
* Experiment with messaging, tone, and positioning to improve clarity and engagement.
* Partner with Product and business to align content with adoption, positioning, and revenue goals.
Product & Launch Content
* Translate product updates into content that clearly explains:
* What changed
* Who it’s for
* Why it matters
* Support launches with:
* Landing pages
* Emails
* Release narratives and announcements
Additional Responsibilities (30%)
* Manage and coordinate small content or marketing projects.
* Support ad-hoc marketing initiatives.
* Explore and experiment with AI tools to automate or enhance content workflows.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of relevant work experience in content writing, content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
* Prior experience with AI/ SaaS products is a strong plus (preference is AI)
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Comfort writing for both technical and business audiences.
* A curious, experimental mindset with openness to feedback and iteration.
* Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools in daily workflows.
