You will be joining Enterprise Bot to drive growth for EBOO, our AI voice automation product line that helps businesses scale through intelligent voice assistants. EBOO empowers enterprises to automate customer interactions across voice and digital channels with exceptional accuracy, lightning-fast resolutions, seamless integrations, and enterprise-grade compliance—unlocking massive efficiency gains and revenue opportunities.
Tasks
As the Growth & Acquisition Specialist for EBOO, you will be responsible for building and scaling the digital acquisition engine for this product line, with a deep focus on:
* Landing page strategy, testing & conversion optimization
* Paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Paid Content).
* Messaging and positioning for the US market.
* Rapid experimentation and data-driven scaling.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work will directly influence pipeline and revenue for EBOO within Enterprise Bot.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages for EBOO.
* Design and run A/B and multivariate tests (copy, design, CTAs, pricing).
* Manage and scale paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Paid content platforms.
* Improve lead quality and reduce CAC for the US market.
* Build and manage paid content funnels (webinars, gated assets, case studies).
* Collaborate with product and sales to refine messaging and ICP targeting.
* Own analytics, reporting, and growth KPIs (CPL, CAC, Conversion, ROI).
* Identify new growth opportunities and run rapid experiments.
What Success in 90 Days Looks Like
* 2–3 high-performing, optimized landing pages launched.
* Paid acquisition campaigns generating a steady flow of qualified US leads.
* Clear improvements in conversion rates and CPL across key channels.
* A well-defined, actionable growth roadmap established for upcoming phases.
Requirements
* 4–7+ years growth/paid acquisition experience in SaaS.
* Proven success in acquiring US B2B or B2SME customers.
* Scaled growth from founding stage to at least $1M+ in revenue.
* Exceptional landing page optimization skills.
* Strong experience with Google & LinkedIn Ads.
* Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution & analytics.
* Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
* Experience with landing page builders (Webflow, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc.).
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
* Ability to write compelling performance copy.
* Must be based in Bangalore and able to work hybrid (2–3 days onsite).
