Tasks and Responsibilities
* Support of Computerized Systems:
o Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy
o User administration and support deployment of new tools
o Reporting periodically
o Performing system reviews (for GMP systems) and backups
o Regular contacts and cooperation with software providers
* Lab IT support
o Prepare documentation of installations
o Implementation of IT hardware and infrastructure-related solutions
o Troubleshooting and investigation for analytical software applications and lab PC systems
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
* Over 2 years of experience in participating in a desk-side support environment
* Good understanding of and motivation for working in regulated environments (GxP)
* IT knowledge is required
* Ability and willingness to work in a paper-based environment
* Flexible and team oriented person
* Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
* Experienced working in multinational teams, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
* Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
* Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
