The ideal candidate has strong expertise in precision tooling, a proven record in business development, and the ability to expand into new markets while building long-term customer relationships.
Tasks
* Develop and implement global sales strategies
* Lead, coach, and support an international sales team
* Identify new markets and business opportunities
* Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and distributors
* Monitor sales KPIs and report to top management
* Collaborate with marketing and R&D for go-to-market alignment
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences
* Manage budgets and negotiate partner contracts
Requirements
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Engineering
* Minimum 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally in a global context
* Proven leadership and target achievement skills
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities
* Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
* Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking
