Job Description
As the European Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our EMEAI commercial team, dedicated to supporting the European sales team and driving the sales process. You will guide and support the acquisition of new distributors and projects in line with targets and regional account plans, focus on mapping European regional markets, segment potential buyers and identify areas for product launches, and ensure the European Sales Team achieves their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners in assigned territories.
* Support team members in closing large opportunities and complex negotiations.
* Execute business plans aligned with the company’s sales strategy and market priorities.
* Monitor regional market trends, competitor actions and customer demands; identify opportunities for growth in new applications (vehicle wrapping, signage, architectural graphics, etc.).
* Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns, exhibitions and lead‑generation initiatives.
* Manage European sales pipeline in line with KPI quota (3–4× sales pipeline coverage relative to quarterly revenue targets); manage regional sales budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
* Align with company pricing strategies and profitability goals; provide regular feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing EMEAI on sales pipeline, challenges and opportunities.
* Strategically oversee and drive the achievement of the sales team’s monthly targets, translate regional objectives into actionable targets and KPIs for direct reports, manage individual sales targets on a monthly basis, analyze and deliver weekly feedback on sales activities, and provide consistent detailed reports to the Sales and Marketing Director with strategic recommendations.

Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years people‑management experience, proven success in managing diverse teams and achieving sales targets.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the graphics & signage industry (digital print media, modern printing methods, OEM industry). Preferred understanding of technical coatings and laminating processes.
* Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline advantageous.
* Track performance metrics and report on progress.
* Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Ability to travel frequently, manage remote teams and use digital communication tools effectively.
* International driving licence and valid passport.
