Chenot Palace Weggis is the flagship of the Health Wellness Retreat globally active Chenot Group located directly on Lake Lucerne. Night Auditor (m/f/d)
* Ensuring a smooth workflow during the night
* Responsible for a professional handling as well as personal support of our international guests' requests during the night
* Carrying out and preparing the daily closing
* Receiving and checking the F&B statements and correcting them if necessary
* Preparing all necessary statistics for the accounting department
* Checking guest invoices and correcting them if necessary
* Regular security rounds
* Responsible for night shift duties
* Receiving complaints and dealing with them professionally
* Preparing the front office for the following day
Qualifications & Competences
* First professional experiences at the front office as a night auditor in the luxury hotel industry
* Very good written and spoken English, other foreign languages (especially German // Russian, Italian or French) would be an advantage
* Ideally knowledge of the hotel software "Protel" or "Protel Air
* Structured, organised working attitude
* Attention to detail: correct and detailed working attitude
* Team player with positive charisma: you help your colleagues and get involved proactively
* Ability to work under pressure: You keep an overview even in stressful situations and are willing to work during late evenings and nights
