Requirements Engineer D365 / Power Platform vacancy for our Dübendorf based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.
Your tasks :
* Analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
* Translate requirements into technical specifications for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
* Document Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria (e.g. in Azure DevOps).
* Support the Product Owner in backlog management.
* Act as a liaison between business, architecture, and development teams.
* Validate solutions through functional testing and acceptance support.
Your experience / knowledge :
* Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, possibly Marketing).
* Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Agile working methodology (Scrum / Kanban).
* Language skills : German
