Your mission will be to ensure the complete management of the life cycle of Human Resources Generalist/Manager - Payroll and to guarantee legal compliance and the reliability of HR data, contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR department. You will also be required to participate in and/or manage projects - 100% rate - Daytime hours Generalist/HR Manager - Payroll and commerce, economics or deemed equivalent, ideally supplemented by a background in human resources. Confirmed experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of the Swiss legal framework (social insurance, LAA/LPP); watchmaking/microtechnology collective labor agreement = dealing with numbers and good mastery of MS tools, an ERP/HRIS and/or payroll/time software = sense of confidentiality, autonomy.
