We are opening a position of
IT Software Coordinator
for our client based in Geneva.
* Understands and practices key software asset management concepts.
* In support of the Software Asset Manager (SAM), proactively coordinates software assets licenses during acquisition, management, optimization, and retirement lifecycle phases.
* Data entry of all entitlements within SAM module (ServiceNow) and maintain an accurate database to allow for proper reporting and dashboards.
* Promptly handle assigned requests and/or issues and tasks through internal systems (ServiceNow/Watson/COUPA).
* Always ensure excellent customer service and teamwork practices.
* Provide other ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
* Support the Software Asset Manager (SAM) to ensure all T&O IT security, risk, and compliance procedures are complied with.
Job requirements
* Knowledge of
IT Software Asset Management
. (min. 5 years of experience)
* Ability to use
Software Asset Manager
(
SAM) tools
and technology, including
ServiceNow
or equivalent enterprise software asset management tools to guarantee accurate data entry.
* Proactive, analytical, rigorous, and accurate.
* Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively and proactively interact with publishers and end-users.
* Required qualifications:
* Administration/IT background
or on-going studies in a related field of expertise
* Service Now certifications
