Role Responsibilities
* Continuous further development of complex solutions as part of the S4 transformation and close collaboration with software and system architects.
* Analysis of requirements and design/implementation of multidimensional IT solutions in cooperation with the specialist department in the area of rolling stock maintenance.
* Documentation and analysis of requirements, including advisory on mapping processes into SAP solutions.
* System configuration (customising) and preparation of functional specifications for development in collaboration with the nearshoring partner.
* Documentation of processes within SAP Solution Manager.
* Coaching and guiding team members in the area of DevOps.
* Continuous further development of complex S4 transformation solutions.
* Requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation in rolling stock maintenance.
* SAP process mapping, customising, specification creation, and documentation.
* DevOps coaching, strong SAP PM expertise, long‑term SAP maintenance experience, functional specification creation, interface experience (PI, EDI), SAP S4 and PPDS knowledge, strong communication skills, and agile methodology experience.
Required Experience & Skills
* Very good knowledge of SAP Asset Management (SAP PM), especially in maintenance planning.
* Many years of experience (10+ years) in the business analysis, development, and operation of SAP maintenance solutions.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
* Experience in creating functional specifications.
* Experience with interfaces (PI, EDI, etc.).
* Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP PPDS.
* Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
