As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Structural Project Manager for a masonry company, to manage a team of site managers and oversee construction projects involving renovation, transformation, and new builds in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva.
Structural Project Manager
Degree in civil engineering EPF, HES, equivalent or ES Technician or equivalent. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in structural project management in Switzerland in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of SIA standards and common software. You are an inspiring leader who knows how to communicate and listen to your teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. Rigour, analytical mindset and solution-oriented. Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public or industrial buildings). Coordinate studies via contractors and internal services. Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. Lead a team of structural site managers (technical support, project overview, ensuring the development of the teams' technical skills). Coordinate external partners and liaise with clients. Provide solutions and improvement avenues for your service (technological, legal, standards monitoring).
