Compliance Officer Role
A challenging position for a Compliance Officer is available in the Legal and Compliance Department. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for monitoring compliance within our organization.
The job entails multiple tasks, including:
- Handling inheritance and guardianship cases under Swiss and international law, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborating with the development, implementation, and update of internal processes and guidelines to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimization of internal processes through review and drafting of internal guidelines, promoting best practices and standardization.
- Participation in key regulatory projects to ensure alignment with industry standards and requirements.
- Providing support and advice to the frontline and management teams, fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Swiss Law or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, consultancy, law firm, or notary office with a focus on inheritance law.
- Excellent knowledge of French and German languages; working knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
