As a Campaign Manager, you are responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our cross-channel marketing campaigns. You develop data-driven campaign strategies, analyze customer behavior, and use creative approaches to ensure maximum reach and conversion. With your experience in campaign management, you combine performance marketing with targeted communication to make the Ifolor brand even more successful.

Your Role with Us

As a Campaign Manager, you will design and deliver cross-channel, data-driven campaigns, working hand in hand with internal teams and external partners to inspire and engage customers.

* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online, social media, email, print, TV, OOH, display, programmatic advertising).
* Data-Driven Campaign Optimization: Evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into data-backed optimization measures to maximize impact.
* Audience Analysis & Segmentation: Leverage customer data and market research to craft personalized campaign strategies.
* Marketing Automation & AI-Powered Personalization: Harness modern technologies to automate and dynamically tailor campaign content.
* Media Planning & Budget Management: Steer advertising budgets efficiently to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
* A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization: Design and run experiments to enhance ads, landing pages, and communication strategies.
* Collaboration with Internal & External Partners: Partner closely with creative teams, performance marketing, agencies, and media partners to drive innovative campaigns.


About You

With your background in campaign management, you combine analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for digital trends and tools. You work in a structured, results-oriented way and are able to collaborate effectively both cross-functionally and with external partners.

* Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
* Professional Experience: Several years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, or data-driven marketing, ideally with a cross-channel focus.
* Tool Proficiency: Solid knowledge of campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, email marketing platforms) as well as web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
* Data Competence: Experience in data-driven campaign management and performance optimization.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
* Creativity & Structure: Creativity and an innovative mindset, combined with a structured and results-oriented working style.
* Agency Management: Experience in managing agencies and external service providers.
* Digital Affinity: Strong interest in digital trends and technologies.
