The Junior Portfolio Manager contributes to the management, optimisation and monitoring of the performance of a diversified real estate portfolio. They work closely with the asset management, transactions, finance and real estate development teams.

Responsibilities
As a Junior Portfolio Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
Participate in monitoring the financial and operational performance of real estate assets
Analyse key indicators (vacancy rate, rents, yield, cash flow)
Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports (internal and investor)
Monitor budgets, business plans and financial forecasts
Assist in the financial modelling of assets and portfolios (DCF, scenarios)
Conduct market analyses and benchmarks
Contribute to the evaluation of investment or divestment opportunities
Prepare presentations for investment committees and internal meetings
Coordinate the collection of information from various stakeholders
Ensure the quality and reliability of portfolio data
Candidate Profile
University degree (in finance, real estate, economics, law, etc.)
Initial experience of 2 to 3 years in real estate investment, asset management or audit, ideally in Switzerland
Good command of Excel and financial modelling tools
Knowledge of real estate valuation principles
Financial analysis and synthesis skills
Rigour and attention to detail
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
Proactivity and autonomy
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). German language skills are a strong advantage.
