Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Governance, Risk and Compliance Section. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of risk management and internal controls, ensuring they are fully integrated and continuously strengthened.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, and compliance, with demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide governance and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure risk management and internal controls are fully integrated and continuously strengthened in accordance with business needs.
2. Advance the use of data analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system.
3. Advocate risk management and internal controls throughout the organization.
4. Promote an anti-fraud culture through awareness raising, training, and collaboration.
5. Engage with audit and oversight entities to identify and manage risk.
Requirements:
* Advanced university degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including in risk management, internal controls, and compliance.
* Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise-wide governance and risk management frameworks.
