Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field; advanced degree preferred.
* 8+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
* 4+ years in Quality Risk Management (QRM).
* Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) is desirable.
* Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and guidelines.
* Proven experience in process optimization, integration, and continuous improvement.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational continuity.
* Ability to influence and communicate effectively within a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and improve QRM procedures and BCP processes.
* Lead stakeholder engagement to embed risk-based approaches across the Quality Management System.
* Support teams in risk management and business continuity planning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
* Stay current with industry best practices and regulations.
* Foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management.
* Monitor and report on QRM and BCP performance metrics.
* Participate in regulatory inspections and industry benchmarking.
* Lead crisis management liaison activities and BCP testing exercises.
* Support training, coaching, and community of practice initiatives.
* Travel up to 15% as required.
