At Logifleet, you’ll start as a Business Development Representative to master the art of prospecting, networking, and building trust with customers. You’ll follow a Career Development Plan, designed to help you build your skills and progress internally.What You’ll DoIn this entry point into sales, you’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to engage with prospects and develop trusted relationships. Your daily impact will include:Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, and social channelsResearching markets, key players, and understanding customer needsGenerating and qualifying leads to expand the sales pipelineSetting up meetings for account executives and actively supporting them in follow-upsCollaborating with Marketing to personalize campaigns and messagingMaintaining accurate records in our CRM systemWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking motivated team players who are curious, resilient, and eager to grow in sales. You’re encouraged to apply if you’re based in Switzerland (preferred) or neighboring regions (DE: Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria; AT: Vorarlberg, Tirol).Key qualifications:At least one relevant experience in outbound prospecting (phone, email, social selling) in B2B — ideally in SaaS or consultingExperience with CRM systems and sales tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Dealfront, Waalaxy, etc.)Fluency in German & English; Swiss German and French are a plusExcellent communication and time management skillsA passion for technology, innovation, and the construction industryDrive to learn, grow, and progress in your sales careerHiring ProcessWe value fairness and transparency.
