Reporting directly to the Claims Manager & Deputy Head Technical Accounting/Claims, working as part of the team, you will be responsible for triaging, processing and handling of inward reinsurance claims in Property, Casualty and Specialty Lines.

Key Duties
* Handling and assessing claims across all lines of business
* Ensure timely processing of all assigned processes and proper response to enquiries relating to claims processes
* Triage and indexing of all claim’s correspondences in their Workflow Tool
* Analyze all property, casualty, and specialty claims within granted authority, identifying coverage issues, according to the treaty wording
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, on a business level is a must. The ability to communicate in Spanish, both written and spoken is of advantage.
* Minimum three years of relevant (re)insurance experience in claims handling
* Attention to detail, accuracy and strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties in a timely and accurate manner
* Proficient and effective knowledge of MS-Office products, especially Excel
