Your Role
* Lead Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Globally: Oversee both teams, with more than 10 employees worldwide. Set the strategic direction to grow talent from within and position our company as a people magnet.
* Drive Global Talent Strategy and Transformation: Design and execute a world‑class talent management strategy that aligns with our bold business ambitions.
* Champion Leadership Development and Succession Excellence: Build and evolve leadership pipelines globally, and partner closely with senior executives to manage talent risks and opportunities.
* Build and Nurture a Culture of Excellence and Teamwork: Create an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent by driving diversity and inspiring teams through coaching, mentorship, and targeted development programs.
* Leverage Data and Innovation to Transform Talent Management: Integrate data‑driven insights and emerging technologies to improve strategic decisions and create a more engaging talent environment.
