Join us and contribute to the success of the company.Your responsibilities include:- Participating in the boning, trimming, and dismantling of cuts.- Checking the pieces to be boned and reporting any anomalies.- Boning and trimming pieces accurately, while respecting the requested portions.- Rigorously applying hygiene and safety rules (HACCP).- Working according to a predetermined cutting plan.- Collaborating closely with the logistics department to ensure smooth operations.Your profile:- Completed vocational training as a butcher or equivalent desired.- Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.- Strong knowledge of hygiene (HACCP) and safety.- You are a dynamic, open, and sociable person.- You work quickly, accurately, and independently.- You enjoy teamwork and exhibit flexibility.- You are in good physical condition and comfortable working in a cold environment.- Good knowledge of French.What we offer you:- 18 weeks of vacation / 4 social days: Collective Labor Agreement.- Menus for Micarna employees cost between CHF 5.- and CHF 7.-.
