Manpower We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Compliance Engineer ? Power Electronics for a 7-month contract assignment within a global industrial technology environment. This senior role will focus on ensuring product compliance and certification for advanced medium-voltage power electronic systems, working closely with engineering, testing, and certification partners. The position requires a strong background in power electronics, international standards, and certification processes, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and external notified bodies. The role is offered in a hybrid working model and may be extended based on project requirements. Key Responsibilities ? Lead product certification activities for medium-voltage frequency converters ? Interpret and manage compliance requirements based on relevant international standards and regulatory directives ? Coordinate certification processes with external notified bodies (e.g., TÜV SÜD, UL, CSA) ? Define, review, and approve test specifications and certification reports according to applicable standards ? Prepare and support technical documentation required for product certification ? Define system integration tests and track safety-critical components (e.g., UL, APQP requirements) ? Coordinate certification-related activities across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, sourcing, and testing teams ? Assess and manage certification impacts resulting from product changes and compliance projects Your Profile ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field ? 5+ years of experience in power electronics or electrical power engineering ? 2+ years of experience in product compliance, certification engineering, or regulatory engineering ? Experience working with international standards and certification bodies ? Strong understanding of product certification processes and safety requirements ?
