Outpatient Clinic Leadership Opportunity
This is a challenging role for an experienced nurse leader, requiring strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will co-lead the outpatient clinic with approximately 40 treatment beds and 30 staff across three locations. They will be responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of an interprofessional nursing team, ensuring high-quality, efficient care within regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in dialysis, and will be able to work collaboratively, pragmatically, and navigate complex organizations. They should appreciate responsibility and actively contribute to change processes.
* Co-lead the outpatient clinic with approximately 40 treatment beds and 30 staff across three locations
* Responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of an interprofessional nursing team
* Ensure high-quality, efficient care within regulatory frameworks
* Coordinate and plan outpatient clinic workflows and participate actively in projects
* Care for patients and relatives according to patient- and family-centered care models
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* HF/FH nursing qualification
* Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in dialysis
* Resilient, flexible, with high social and professional skills
* Strong service orientation and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively, pragmatically, and navigate complex organizations
