As the Sales/Marketing Lead and Entrepreneurial Partner, you will drive both B2B and B2C sales and marketing efforts, shaping strategies, leading a team, and influencing our growth. Your role includes managing sales initiatives, client relationships, and revenue growth, while also collaborating on investor pitches.
You will lead and develop our sales and marketing teams, with potential to transition into a CTO or CEO role. Additionally, you will execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and leverage your network to establish partnerships and growth opportunities.
Requirements
1. Strong academic background (preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field).
2. Proficiency in both German and English.
3. Strong interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and owning your projects.
4. IT expertise is a plus
