Licensed Aircraft Engineer – Geneva (B1 or B1/B2 Line Maintenance)

Job Summary
Perform line maintenance and support duties on narrow- and wide-body aircraft including the A320, A330, A350, B737, B777, B787, and B767. Ensure safety, quality, and airworthiness of the fleet while maintaining customer on-time performance.
Responsibilities
* Promote a positive safety culture and ensure the safety and quality policy are communicated, promoted, and implemented.
* Conduct line maintenance, including transit checks, preflight checks, daily and weekly inspections, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery, and troubleshooting.
* Ensure on-time performance of customer aircraft and maintain airworthiness conditions.
* Work autonomously while fostering a team‑spirited environment and assist the shift leader/supervisor.
* Communicate and report findings clearly.
Required Qualifications
* Holder of a valid EASA Part‑66 B1 or B1/B2 license, type‑rated on A320.
* At least one additional type from the list: A330, A350, B737, B777, B787.
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Positive, solution‑oriented attitude with high customer focus and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and independently.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
