Responsibilities
Your Mission:
As an Intern in our Center of Excellence for Talent & Organisational Development, you will support the full talent lifecycle at SMG, including:
End-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication
Employer branding initiatives through events, content creation, research, and performance tracking
Learning, development and engagement initiatives: trainings, workshops, internal events
People development and culture projects (e.g., engagement surveys, performance cycles, community initiatives)
Internal content and communications (presentations, articles, visuals)
These responsibilities will evolve as the role grows and according to your skills and interests.
Qualifications
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, People Development, and company culture
Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, Psychology, Communications) or similar background
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Strong communication skills and proactive, hands‑on mindset
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
