Mission
We seek a Rust or C++ Engineer with trading experience to join our Options High-Frequency Trading (HFT) team. Our tech stack includes Rust, Node.js, and Python. Rust proficiency is preferred, but strong C++/C skills and eagerness to learn Rust are welcome.
Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize low-latency options trading systems
* Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to enhance trading strategies
* Maintain and improve trading infrastructure for high performance and stability
* Design scalable and resilient trading solutions
* Troubleshoot exchange connectivity and execution speed
* Support testing of critical trading components
Requirements
* Experience in Rust and/or C++ (C background considered)
* Trading environment experience (HFT, Market Making, Prop Trading)
* Interest in mastering Rust
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL and protobuf protocols
* Exchange connectivity or FPGA experience is a plus
* Experience in low-latency systems and options trading is advantageous
