Responsibilities & Qualifications

* Lead strategic business development and enterprise sales initiatives within the SAP ecosystem in Switzerland and DACH.
* Build and nurture relationships with SAP customers, partners, and industry leaders.
* Collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored SAP-based solutions.
* Drive sales activities for SAP services such as SAP BTP integrations and custom SAP extensions.
* Promote and position innovative products that complement SAP environments, ensuring alignment with customer digital transformation goals.
* Partner with SAP and other technology providers to co-develop and co-market innovative solutions for the Swiss market.
* Manage the complete customer lifecycle from opportunity identification through delivery and post-implementation support.
* Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, value proposition definition, and sales enablement.
* Collaborate with sales teams across regions to leverage synergies and drive consistent growth.
* Own full-cycle enterprise sales: Prospecting, discovery, value creation, executive alignment, pilots, commercial structuring, and closing.
* Forecast accurately in CRM and lead data‑driven pipeline and performance reviews.
* Expand existing accounts in collaboration with Customer Success teams; turn successful deployments into client references.
* Build and manage SI (System Integrator) and technology partnerships within the SAP ecosystem to extend market reach and enable co‑selling opportunities.
* Several years of enterprise SaaS new‑business experience with a strong record of exceeding targets.
* Proven success selling into industrial sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals within the DACH region.
* Deep understanding of SAP and ERP environments, including experience selling with or through system integrators and alliances.
* Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and manage multi‑year SaaS contracts.
* Hands‑on, proactive approach to sales with willingness to personally drive all stages of the sales process.
* Fluency in German and strong command of business English.
* Nice to have: Background in mobile enterprise applications, EAM, SAP PM or CS, or field service operations.
