Tasks: Openings and follow-up of new files in requests for advances, insurance guarantees, and invoices to clients/architects. HR management: accident and illness announcements, permits, entries and exits of temporary staff, permanent staff, and interns. Management of familial matters. Payroll management, control of hours and invoices, and follow-up on VAT settlements in connection with payroll closings and accounting reconciliations.
