KEYONIQ is building a family of next-generation clinical decision support tools focused on preventive medicine. Designed for physicians, powered by structured clinical evidence and advanced analytics, these tools help identify health risks early and guide targeted interventions across key health pillars.
We are hiring a Product Manager to develop and own the user facing and market facing side of the product. You will act as the primary interface between clinicians, patients, partner clinics, and our internal development teams, ensuring that our products evolve.
What you will do
• Drive structured product development in collaboration with the according stakeholders such as physicians and software developers
• Prioritize features based on clinical impact, user demand, regulatory constraints, and effort
• Collaborate with design to ensure intuitive and usable workflows for clinical settings
• Shape and develop product positioning, differentiation, and go to market strategies
• Partner with the technical team to scope technical feasibility and identify state of the art solutions
• Support QMS and medical device regulatory leads to ensure certifiability
• Define and monitor success metrics across pilots and live environments
• Represent the product to external stakeholders such as physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Support commercial efforts by generating clinically relevant use cases and supporting materials
What you bring
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital health, clinical software, or medtech
• Strong skills in product development and prioritization of user needs, clinical requirements, and business impact
• Excellent communication skills to interface with multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in interdisciplinary environments
• Structured, analytical thinking
• Fluent German and business fluent English
• Familiarity with regulated environments such as MDR and ISO 13485 is a plus, but not required
You will shape how our digital products become usable, valuable, and trusted clinical tools, not just technically sound systems. You will ensure our features are grounded in the day to day reality of preventive care, and that our product scales from pilots to widespread adoption. You will not just manage a backlog. You will own the bridge between external users and internal systems.
