For our HR department in our HUB in Geneva we are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern supporting full time (40 hours per week) for a duration of six months. In this position you work closely with our HR team by supporting them in all actions within the Central and Eastern Europe Region.
Tasks & Responsibilities
HR Operations & HR Lifecycle
Support the HRBP's in the full HR cycle in line with Christian Dior standards across our region CEE
Maintain and manage employee data within the HR system including vacation tracking and calculations
Create a monthly HR report to keep other departments up to date
HR Administration
Prepare and manage employment contracts (e.g., fixed-term and permanent contracts, promotions, title changes)
Create employment references
Provide support in managing employee benefits
Prepare announcements for anniversaries, promotions, and new joiners
Communicate with external providers to promote HR projects
Talent Acquisition
Independently manage the recruitment process for interns, working students, and apprentices
Plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews with potential candidates
Create and update job postings on our internal career page
Employee Engagement
Organize and facilitate the "Dior Intern Club" to promote a strong young talent community within the region
Plan and execute employee events (e.g., B2Run, Pink October Run, team events)
Profile
University studies with a focus on HR, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field
First work experience in a related field is mandatory (e.g. working student or internships)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in English (both written and spoken), German and French on top is a plus
