The Senior Control Software Engineer must have a strong background in software development and will be responsible for implementing customized solutions across the globe, adapted to various HID equipment.
The selected candidate will be part of the manufacturing engineering team, contributing to projects involving credential provisioning equipment, test apparatus, and antenna winding and bonding operations within front-end factories.
The Senior Control Software Engineer will drive activities in collaboration with HID worldwide teams or subcontractors.

As a Senior Control Software Engineer, your responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining scalable HMI software.
Integrating with databases and PLC systems.
Leading UI enhancements to improve user experience.
Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver robust industrial software solutions.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues in automated systems.

Your experience and education include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Proficiency in C# and WPF, with experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
Skills in HMI design focusing on intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
Experience developing, integrating, and maintaining software for automated machinery, including motion control, PLC communication, and real-time data acquisition.
Additional desirable skills:
Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, CSS, and related languages.
Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, Serial, and OPC UA.
Background in industrial software development, enhancement, and maintenance.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and database systems.
