Hauptaufgaben:
* Präzises Montieren von Komponenten und Produkten gemäß detaillierten Spezifikationen und Richtlinien
* Sicheres und effizientes Bedienen von Werkzeugen, Maschinen und Anlagen
* Aufrechterhaltung eines sauberen und organisierten Arbeitsplatzes zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Produktionsabläufe
* Zusammenarbeit mit Teammitgliedern und Vorgesetzten zur Erreichung und Übertreffung der Produktionsziele
* Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Melden von Geräteausfällen oder Montageproblemen
Qualifikationen:
* Keine Vorerfahrung in der Fertigung oder Produktion erforderlich – eine hervorragende Gelegenheit für den Einstieg in die Branche!
* Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail und die Fähigkeit, präzise Anweisungen zu befolgen
* Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, da die Kommunikation im deutschsprachigen Arbeitsumfeld stattfindet
* Hervorragende manuelle Geschicklichkeit und Hand-Auge-Koordination
* Proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
