Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Manager (80-100%)

We are looking for a Paid Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to design and optimize paid social and digital marketing campaigns, leading our customer acquisition and branding efforts.
Responsibilities
* Lead customer acquisition through paid social media campaigns and other channels like display advertising (incl. budget management).
* Optimize advertising spend for overall company profitability, taking into account marketplace demand and availability.
* Develop, test and implement creatives for performance marketing channels regularly and exchange non-performing assets bi-weekly to improve CACs.
* Create engaging creatives and enhance MyCamper’s visual language and messaging using tools such as CapCut, Canva, etc.
* Use structured experiments to optimise the conversion rate of ads.
* Analyse and report performance with BI and analytics tools and share insights within the company.
* Create a scalable system for influencer collaborations to ensure ongoing inflow of new, useful content and build brand awareness in target audiences.
Requirements
* At least 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably focused on paid social media.
* Experience creating and testing new ad creatives and adapting them to different channels with internal and external resources.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance, make data‑driven decisions, and report campaign performance.
* A track record of creating and implementing structured, long‑term strategies (e.g., influencer, organic social).
* Experience scaling influencer collaborations for brand awareness and content.
* Self‑starter who thrives in a startup environment and works very structured.
* Native proficiency in at least one market language (German, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of SEA and SEO.
* Experience building or using AI solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
* Experience with marketplaces.
* Category B driving license.
