How You Will Contribute
* University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
* Proven leadership experience as line or project manager
* Strong background in planning, estimation and resource management
* Experience in software testing or system validation for embedded systems, ideally in safety‑critical environments
* Knowledge of defining test strategies and documenting test activities and results
* Familiarity with regulated environments; understanding of EN 50128, EN 50716 or IEC 61508 is a plus
