Your tasks
Professional and timely site management according to the construction schedule
Create AVOR including weekly schedule
Personnel deployment planning
Coordination of deployment with secondary and subcontractors
Optimal use of machines, inventory, and materials
Measurement of the work performed
Performance recording of daily and hourly reports with target-actual comparison
Ensure information flow between personnel, site management, and construction management
Your profile
Basic training as a polybuilder EFZ or metalworker EFZ / carpenter EFZ
Site manager polybuilder EFZ / foreman federal certificate FA
Interest in digital working methods on the construction site
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function
Comprehensive knowledge in facade construction
Quality orientation and cost awareness
