Position Details
Workload: 100%
Start: April 1, 2026, or possibly earlier
End: October 31, 2026, with the option to extend
Location: Lucerne, on-site, no remote work
Client segment: Retail
Applications from outside Switzerland: The candidate must hold an EU passport or be a citizen of a Schengen country (dual citizenship is acceptable); candidates from non-Schengen countries with a work permit for Germany, Austria, etc., are not eligible
Responsibilities
* Process support requests and provide assistance for hardware, software, and networks
* Analyze and resolve issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
* Escalate complex cases to other departments and update ITSM documentation
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including setting up user accounts and devices
* Support IT projects
Requirements / Skills
* Experience in a similar IT support role
* Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networks
* Experience as an IT support specialist in retail
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems
* A proactive and service-oriented approach to work
* Ability to work independently
* Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
