Key Performance Indicator Specialist
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and planning of key production figures and plant results. This includes preparation of business evaluations and ad-hoc analyses.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting system to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in production processes.
* Collaborate with plant management and specialist departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
* Closely monitor financial statements and identify opportunities for cost savings.
* Compile and interpret results for decision-making by plant management.
Qualifications:
* A degree in business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or comparable training is required.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
