For our valued client, a robotics startup company, we are currently looking for a Team Lead Accounting & Ops in Zurich.
Join a fast-moving robotics startup as the driving force behind their finance engine. We’re looking for someone who loves building structure, shaping processes, and keeping the numbers honest while the company scales quickly.
Responsibilities
* Own our internal and external accounting flow and help set unified standards as we grow internationally.
* Lead monthly closings and deliver sharp financial insights to founders and investors.
* Become the go-to partner for operations, people, sales, and anyone who needs financial clarity.
* Help level up our IT system setup so finance runs smoother every month.
* Manage key relationships with banks, insurance partners, and external advisors.
* Support investor updates with models, reports, and crisp communication.
* Jump into diverse hands‑on tasks—because startups move fast and every day looks different.
Qualifications
* A degree in finance/accounting or similar.
* 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling.
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with detailed financial models.
* ERP experience.
* Calmness under pressure and solid prioritization instincts.
* English and German fluency.
* Independent working style with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
* Experience in scale‑up environment.
* Background in startups, investment firms, or audit.
* First leadership experience.
* Interest or experience with legal topics.
