Purpose
Our Swiss Sourcing team is expanding in Zurich, and we are looking for exceptional professionals with a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing — with a particular focus on IT services, outsourcing, offshoring, and large‑scale technology delivery models. We deliver high‑value, client‑centric sourcing solutions across categories such as IT services, software, hardware, infrastructure, and complex managed service engagements. We are not looking for "just another consultant."
We want strong personalities who can navigate complexity, think strategically, innovate, and build long‑term partnerships with both clients and suppliers. This role requires a unique blend of procurement expertise, business acumen, consulting capabilities, and a strong understanding of the IT services ecosystem. If you are a sharp negotiator, a natural strategist, and a trusted relationship builder, this role is for you.
Beyond procurement, a genuine interest in IT and technology is essential. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you must understand major technology trends, cloud, data, digitalization, AI, automation, and how they influence outsourcing decisions, service delivery, and commercial models. We operate in a fast‑paced, energetic environment where drive, positivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset are key. This is a long‑term opportunity in a rapidly growing company where authenticity, transparency, and commitment matter. If you are looking for a short stopover, this role will not be a fit.
Language skills:
Professional English and German are mandatory for this Zurich‑based position. French is a highly valuable bonus.
If you are exceptional in procurement, business, and consulting and meet the English + German requirement, we strongly encourage you to apply.
