ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / LUGANO
Duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals;
* Lead and manage a high performing store team;
* Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training;
* Business development;
* Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network;
* Manage KPI and propose action plans;
* Reports of sales and Planning;
* Stock management and personnel costs;
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
* Qualified degree;
* 5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role;
* Fluent in English;
* Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports;
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
* Excellent standing;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Able to work under pressure.
