Your main tasks
1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess opportunities and validate initial value hypotheses
2. Translate strategic opportunity briefs into clear product definitions; evaluate strategic fit and commercial potential
3. Build robust business cases, including revenue forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and pricing frameworks
4. Develop stage-gate, evidence-based viability packs to enable informed, data-driven decisions
5. Represent the customer voice throughout early-stage innovation and concept development
6. Collect and validate feedback, adoption drivers, and potential barriers to adoption
7. Engage internal and external stakeholders to confirm product–market fit and long-term value
8. Collaborate with marketing to define launch strategies and develop marketing and sales enablement materials
Your profile
9. Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus)
10. Minimum 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or consulting; experience in pharma or medical devices strongly preferred
11. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
12. Strong analytical skills; experience with DCF and NPV financial modeling is a plus
13. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
14. Resilient and effective in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
15. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
