Responsibilities
* Prepare cold appetizers, salads, chilled soups, charcuterie, terrines, canapés, and dressings from scratch.
* Design visually appealing food displays and platters for both à la carte service and large-scale banquets.
* Ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation of all dishes leaving the cold kitchen according to established recipes and standards.
* Assist with basic cold-food prep, such as portioning and arranging raw or cured meats, cheeses, and seafood.
