Job Description
* Lead and supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings (balance sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.).
* Coordinate and manage the external audit process and relationships with auditors.
* Oversee accounting operations and provide technical guidance to the team.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.
* Prepare statutory financial statements and support corporate tax filings.
* Contribute to consolidation processes and group reporting.
* Participate in finance-related projects and system enhancements.
Team Coordination & Administration
* Supervise and support a team of accountants.
* Ensure timely and accurate execution of daily accounting tasks.
* Assist in the preparation of banking documentation and payment instructions.
* Collaborate on cross-functional and ad hoc projects.Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
The Successful Applicant
* Swiss Federal Diploma in Controlling and/or Accounting (CPA, Expertise, Brevet).
* Previous experience in an external audit firm.
* Experience with consolidation (IFRS).
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
* Comfortable working in a structured environment with clearly established processes, supportive guidance, and regular managerial oversight.
* Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Valid work authorisation for Switzerland.
