Purpose

As the Strategic Account Manager, you play a pivotal role in collaborating with CENTEGIX's largest customers. You own and drive the customer journey for your portfolio, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and optimal utilization of the CENTEGIX Safety Platform. As the critical link between CENTEGIX and strategic customers, you are deeply passionate about delivering successful outcomes and driving customer success. Your attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience make you a true CENTEGIX ambassador. Your positive and personable approach positions you as a trusted advisor, fostering robust, long-term relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities

* Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong and multithreaded relationships with strategic customers, serving as their main point of contact and building a deep understanding of their unique needs and objectives.
* Customer Success: Ensure overall customer satisfaction and success by proactively engaging with customers, virtually and in person, to drive best practices, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
* Customer Communication and Onsite Presence: Regularly communicate with and be onsite at customer locations to provide guidance, review needs, and share key updates.
* Account Planning: Develop actionable account plans with short-term and long-term goals, collaborating with internal teams to execute these plans.
* Renewal Management: Lead contract renewal efforts, manage the process, and work closely with customers to ensure timely renewals.
* Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to increase revenue and meet growth targets.
* Product Expertise: Develop a solid understanding of CENTEGIX products and their applications to offer valuable insights and solutions.
* Customer Feedback: Gather feedback to relay insights to product and development teams for continuous improvement.
* Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as a School Superintendent and/or Director of School Safety.
* Residence in the South Central U.S. (TX, OK, AR, LA), near major city/airport(s).
* Up to 50% travel to customer sites and industry events.
* Versatility, flexibility, and focus to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to interpret trends, think critically, and develop action plans.
* Strong obsession with customer satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience communicating with end users, technical teams, and executives.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and incorporating feedback with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM; Salesforce preferred.
