Commercial Leadership Opportunity
The Sales Director role presents a chance to lead commercial operations in the market, driving sales growth and profitability. The successful candidate will directly manage key accounts, with a focus on Migros, and contribute to the overall development and execution of the cluster strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Develop a Clear Vision for the Swiss market and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales objectives.
* Full P&L Responsibility, including forecasting and financial control, to optimize cost of sales and drive profitability.
* Execute Sales Initiatives effectively across multiple customers and segments to drive sales growth.
* Manage Trade Spend and optimize cost of sales to ensure maximum profitability.
* Lead a High-Performing Team by developing and retaining top talent and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Build Strong Relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business success.
* Oversee Top Customer Management, from annual negotiations to the execution of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Extensive Experience in FMCG sales and commercial leadership, with a proven track record in Senior Key Account Management or Sales Director roles.
* Strong Negotiation Skills and stakeholder management skills to drive business results.
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Solid Background in P&L Management and financial analysis to drive business success.
* Influential Leadership Style with a results-driven and detail-oriented mindset to drive business results.
* Fluency in English and German is required.
