Participate in client acquisition, monitoring, and development, whether through direct access or via digital channels (ForXchange), as well as for internal clients. Contribute actively to the development of the asset class through project work on tools, systems, risk frameworks, and marketing documents. Proactive engagement and participation during events within the BCGE trading room. Identify client needs and propose targeted and professional hedging solutions for FX risks, precious metals, and interest rates. Knowledge and monitoring of positions, particularly for companies with direct access. Ensure impeccable compliance and risk management that integrates specific laws, regulatory requirements, directives, and internal procedures, while possessing the skills required to apply them effectively and ensure fair treatment for all.Profile:- Proven experience of at least 7 years in a range of products in the foreign exchange markets (FX, precious metals, interest rates, and derivatives) as well as in e-trading.- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and product promotion skills.- Commercial acumen and ease of writing on financial markets.- Mastery of financial tools, particularly Bloomberg.- Excellent capability and suitability for teamwork.- Autonomy, integrity, availability, service orientation, and fluency in French and English; proficiency in German is a hiring condition.
