Key Responsibilities
Sales Data Management & Reporting
* Own and manage core sales data
* Ensure consistency and quality of sales data across departments
* Monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement
Sales Forecasting & Planning
* Coordinate the global forecasting process with regional Sales Managers, Business Units, and Supply Chain
* Use historical and current data to drive accurate short- and long-term sales projections
* Support the definition of annual budgets and multi-year strategic planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration (S&OP)
* Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Finance, and Operations
* Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply
* Streamline cross-departmental communication and reduce duplicated efforts
Sales Tools, CRM & ERP Systems
* Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP/CRM tools supporting sales processes
* Ensure smooth integration and usability of systems, working closely with IT and external consultants
Pricing & Revenue Management
* Prepare and deploy price list updates across platforms
* Coordinate pricing consistency across teams and regions
Sales Enablement & Team Support
* Provide operational and analytical support to the global sales team, enabling them to focus on customer engagement
* Assist with transactional tasks, reporting, and the management of sales documents and contracts
* Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives related to tools and processes
Communication & Organizational Alignment
* Facilitate structured communication across the sales team and executive leadership
* Ensure clarity of goals, updates, and priorities across global stakeholders
* Manage risk assessments and mitigation follow-ups related to sales execution
