Ph3Manager, Customer Partnership Supply Orchestration (CPSO) Launch Excellence /h3 pLaunch Excellence as part of Customer Partnership Supply Orchestration (CPSO) is responsible for all activities relating to ensuring timely launches of commercial products to new markets. The Manager, CPSO Launch is accountable for on‑time product launches and for participating in supply chain projects cross‑functionally with a focus on process improvement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the execution of all related activities for all Ex‑US New Product Launches. /li liWorks cross‑functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing sites, Quality, Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Market partners and other operations departments to ensure launches are completed successfully compliantly by the requested launch date. /li liAct as a site to market lead for all launches within scope. /li liDevelops detailed launch readiness and launch execution plans and contingency plans as required using project management tools and templates. /li liPrepares launch scenarios, reviews Launch Readiness and Execution project plans against targets and provides focus to ensure that short term critical activities and milestones are accomplished. /li liAnticipates problems, keeps team members informed and escalates potential/major issues. Leads global launch plan execution, forum discussion and contingency actions to ensure successful execution of launch plan. /li liPrepares project significant events. Identifies business needs where needed and proposes solutions. /li liIs an active member of the global Manufacturing Launch Team and Global Organization, contributing to new product launch plans, SKU strategies and other product or labeling specific requirements. /li liTracks launches and issues relevant KPIs. /li liIdentifies and establishes best practices for launches by supporting continuous improvement process and documentation. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBe a team player and work in an international environment. /li liAble to work independently, partner effectively with other functions at the global level, and set and manage own objectives. /li liHave the ability to challenge status quo, be comfortable with the unknown, and be results oriented. /li liHold a Bachelor’s level degree in a scientific or commercial area, or possess equivalent work experience. /li liHave a general understanding of relevant activities in manufacturing, regulatory affairs, logistics, and of GMP/GDP guidelines, artwork/labeling development. /li liBe able to lead project teams and timelines successfully. /li liBe able to work effectively with groups in other geographical locations. /li liHave a successful track record of managing and coordinating complex projects internationally. /li liEnglish and French are required. /li liSome travel may be required. /li /ul h3On‑Site Protocol /h3 pBMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site‑essential, site‑by‑design, field‑based and remote‑by‑design jobs.
