Overview
Huron is a global consultancy focused on strategic growth, innovation and transformation. We are looking for a Technical Manager to drive the implementation life cycle for our clients, overseeing planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go‑live and post‑production support.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects and coordinate activities with Huron and client teams.
* Design and architect solutions, including complex integrations and data conversion.
* Provide training and professional development to Huron technical staff.
* Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.
Qualifications and Requirements
* 5‑7 years of consulting experience as a technical specialist, architect or developer.
* End‑to‑end implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM or CRM offerings.
* Strong background in solution design, architecture, complex application integrations and data conversion.
* Ability to train users and contribute to the growth of technical staff.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Location & Travel
Manager level – Switzerland. Up to 50% travel may be required.
