PpWe are looking for an experienced IT Technical Business Analyst to join our client's team in a dynamic international environment. /p pThe successful candidate will bring strong technical understanding, combined with business analysis expertise, and will be comfortable working in global, multicultural environments using Agile methodologies. /p h3IT Technical Business Analyst /h3 h3Description /h3 ul liAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams across international locations /li liGather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from global stakeholders /li liTranslate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications /li liLeverage prior development experience to ensure feasibility and technical alignment of solutions /li liFacilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams in different regions /li liWrite high-quality documentation including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban) /li liParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) /li liSupport development teams by clarifying requirements and removing ambiguities /li liContribute to testing strategies, including UAT, and validate delivered functionalities /li liIdentify opportunities for process improvements and help drive continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field /li liProven experience as an IT Technical Business Analyst, following an initial experience as a Software Developer /li liStrong understanding of software development processes, architectures, and system integrations /li liExperience working in international companies, with exposure to global and distributed environments /li liSolid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) /li liAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar /li liFluent in English (written and spoken) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
