Job Description
We are looking for a Tax Executive to join our team in Glattbrugg. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and support key areas such as Transfer Pricing, Country-by-Country Reporting, and global tax projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Transfer Pricing
* Support in the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File, Master File).
* Assist in gathering financial and operational data across group entities to substantiate intercompany transactions.
* Prepare benchmarking analyses and support with comparability reviews.
* Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
* Assist in compiling and validating group-wide data for CbCR submissions.
* Support in data consistency checks between CbCR, local files, and group financial reporting.
* Maintain records to ensure compliance with OECD BEPS requirements.
* Internal Support & Processes
* Collaborate with finance and business deps. to collect tax-relevant information.
* Contribute to internal controls and documentation processes to ensure tax compliance.
* Assist in preparing tax provisions and reconciliations for group reporting purposes.
* Ad-hoc Projects
* Support in tax audits and requests for information.
* Research tax legislation changes across key jurisdictions (Europe, North Africa, Middle East, Americas).
* Provide assistance in projects related to cross-border transactions, withholding taxes, and double tax treaties.

Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
* 3 years' experience in corporate tax, ideally in an international group.
* Basic understanding of international tax concepts (OECD guidelines, BEPS, double taxation treaties).
* Strong analytical and data management skills (Excel, ERP systems, tax reporting tools).
* Team player, detail-oriented, proactive attitude.
* Fluent in English (additional languages an asset given the group's geographical footprint).
